Hot Stamping Process of Fabric

With the rapid development of science and technology, the stamping process of bedding set made in P.R.C has become more and more mature, it has been loved by many people as the fabric after stamping process is suitable for elegant European style bedding set, also suitable for modern minimalist style bedding trendy. Take hot stamping equipment and stamping methods as example, there are two kinds common hot stamping equipment generally as follows:

1. Rotary-cutting Fabric stamping
Bronzing edition and the bottom mould letterpress are cylindrical, between the roller is line contact, bottom mould letterpress general by moderate hardness of the silicone material made. The hot stamping machine, suitable for the whole roll of fabric gilding. The advantages are: high speed, high yield. But also has a drawback, since the fabric have some tension more or less, during the process of whole roll hot stamping, the gilt paper and fabric are moved simultaneously. In doing multi color bronzing, it's not very easy to control chromatic accuracy. 

2. Platen fabric stamping
Pneumatic hot staping machine or manual stamping machine, the main components from the upper and lower two pieces of metal plate. When doing cloth gilt, in general, from the top of the aluminum plate heat and down movement. Hot stamping need to consider the pressure and time, to look at the preinted pattern of the height of the glue layer and cloth can withstand the temperature. Most of the situation, the temperature of 140 degrees- 160 degrees, between the pressure 5kg above, the tuime of 10 seconds(reference value). The temperature is  too low, bronzing fastness is not ideal; on the contrary, cloth gilt, red cloth (white, yellow color). The pressure is too low, the fastness will be affected; too high, flower type collapse stereo bronzing pulp, lose steres feeling. 

As fabric stamping has a shiny surface, noble and beautiful visual effects and it has been used wildly on women's dress, children's wear, backpacks.

 التذهيب الروتاري في النسيج

 التذهيب لشفة القماش: آلة التذهيب الهوائية وآلة البرنزة الدليلة. المكونات لرئيسية هما إثنتان من لوحات معدنية. حمي من لوحة الألومنيوم من طبقة العليا إلى الطبقة التالية. من أجل قياس الضغط والوقت لا بد من ملاحظة إرتفاع لطبقة الفراء ودرجة الحرارة المحدودة للقماش. ودرجة الحرارة من140 إلى 160 . قيمة الضغط فوق 5 كيلو. القيمة المرجعة للوقت : 10 ثانية. إذا درجة الحرارة منخفضة جدا، فثبات البرنزة ليست مثالية. إذا درجة الحرارة مرتفعة جدا، فأصبح قماش لونا أحمرا أو صفراءا . إذا الضغط منخفض جدا ستؤثر درجة مثابة. ولكن القيمة الضغط مرتفعة جدا، ستؤثر الطباعة الدمغة وفقدت الشعور مجسمة. إذا عملية التذهيب محبوبة في إستخدام بملابس الإمرأة والأطفال وحقيبة وإلخ من منتجات المنسوجات.
