Hot Stamping Process of Fabric

Take hot stamping equipment and stamping methods as example, there are two kinds common hot stamping equipment generally as follows:

1. Rotary-cutting Fabric stamping

Washing and Drying Blankets

The dyestuff completly combines with the blanket fiber after adjustment, shape-stabilization, dyeing and high temperature fixation to the blanket greige, but plenty of chemical additives, thickening agent and a little unreacted dyestuff still appear on the surface of the fiber, all this must be removed by water washing. The water washing device is currently consisted of twelve to fourteen water tanks, and on top of it, there exists a rubber cylinder, more importantly, we can adjust the size of crevice between rubber cylinders. Since the rubber cylinder have relative pressure towards the blanket, when the color fixed blanket delivered by mechanical transportation, it will pass by the water tank first, and then the thickening agent will dissolve in it, the sewage containing in the blanket will be squeezed out again after the extrusion of the rubber cylinder. After cleaning and extrusion like this for twelve to fourteen times, the blanket will be completely clean and tidy. 

What is more important in this process is that we need to soften, dishevel and flatten the washed blanket in the last water tank, which is a critical step in all procedures. The basic raw material of blanket is polyester fiber, and polyester fiber on its own is extremely rough, even to the extent that it pricks the hand.
