Does it need to be washed for the new buying blankets?

Many friends are not familiar to the blanket production process, so, after the purchase of blankets, they always got confused, whether the new buying blanket should be washed. The answer is yes, the new buying blanket definitely should be washed without any doubt. Especially for the general quality blanket.

Many of my friends think that, if the blanket package is good, probably we don't have to wash it for the first time, in face, it's a misunderstanding. Why should we have to wash it? We summarize some reasons as follows:

1. Many blankets are not cleaned and disinfected before the factory, the dyeing raw material used in the production process will still remains in the blanket, which is the main reason we need to wash it.

2. Blankets will be polluted easily during the production process, package and transport. Manufacturing machines and workers will very easy to dirty blankets, especially for those small manufacturers which the factory environment is not very good. I guess you would not like to use a dirty blanket.

3. Washing the new buying blanket can reduce the fade and other issues due to the printing. Cold water would be better.

So for our health, we think wash the blankets before using would be better.
