Original Weaving Cloth Shaping and Ironing

After weaving blanket cloth by spinning machine, it will be divided into two categories: the weft knitting cloth which is weaved by the weft machine; the raschel knitting cloth which is weaved by the raschel machine. 

The weft cloth are usually softer, the gap between yarn and yarn is larger, the hair of cloth is longer, the skeleton of cloth is more flexible. The original weft knitting cloth need to be shaped before ironed. The key of the whole cloth shaping process is Chemical Additives--Styling Gel, which is a high molecular polymer, the main chemical raw material is acrylic acid and acrylate. Styling gel can effectively play a fixed role for shaping weft knitting cloth. After shaping, cloth can be dealt with further ironed.

The raschel cloth is more simple than the weft cloth, because the raschel cloth is little bit harder, the gap between yarn and yarn is smaller, the hair of cloth is shorter, the skeleton of cloth is strong, so the raschel cloth don't need to be shaped and ironed directly. 

One point need to be emphasized, cloth ironing is very important during the whole blankets process of production. The surface temperature of ironing machine is very high, about 300-330 centigrade. The purpose of cloth ironing is to make the cloth surface to touch the machine, while the polyester can be reorganized instantly. When the temperature drops, the cloth surface will become more delicate, neat and bright. 

Cloth ironing and styling need to pay attention this following points:
1. The quality and the amount used play a decisive role in sharping weft cloth. 
2. The surface temperature of machine is effective to the quality of cloth. So we must monitor the temperature. 
3. The manufacture of ironing machine is vital, the material must be hard and bearable for high temperature.
